We are currently searching for a Production Incident Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 production support in a financially impactful payment environment.
- Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution within the payment domain.
- Monitor and troubleshoot TCP/IP traces and payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and other payment regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a 24x7 production support environment for financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in incident, change, and problem management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and payment systems like ACH, RTP, and SWIFT.
Desired:
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Murex, and payment card systems.
- Knowledge of cross-border and domestic payments regulations.
- Experience reading TCP/IP traces and understanding of technical issues in card payments.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
