A DAY IN THE LIFE
- The HSE Manager is a champion of the Blattner safety culture and our Blattner Safety Programs.
- Works closely with internal and external key stakeholders to drive our culture that prioritizes safety above all else and improve business performance.
- Provides overall leadership, professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of all HSE processes for all Blattner to include regulatory agency compliance, organizational polices, and employee HSE knowledge and awareness.
- Actively supports Blattner in leading America’s clean energy future.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Ten or more years of progressive related experience.
- Seven or more years of experience in a construction safety leadership role.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Electrical safety experience and CSP certification is preferred.
