- Establish, maintain and manage processes and procedures as per ISO requirements.
- Ensure that external customer quality audits are compliant (Quarterly)
- Ensure effective Quality external audits on Suppliers/Sub-contractors.
- Set up Quality internal audit schedules for year and perform applicable and effective internal audits according to ISO standards.
- Ensure effective measurement, reporting and management of non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Report on contractor performance were repetitive matters are not being addressed according to company / customer requirements

- Ensure the Health & Safety Policy and Objectives are met.
- Manage and ensure accurate identification of problems and mitigation of risk.
- Ensure and assist with health, safety customer audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Ensure that unique customer requirements are relayed and implemented
- Provides support, expertise, coordinates and participates in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintain records of such drills, providing recommendations of emergency response improvements
- Supervise the regular inspections of fire fighter, safety and emergency response equipment at HQ, sites and regional offices
- Assist in development and implementation of emergency response procedures and evacuation plans at HQ, sites and regional offices.
- Ensure that emergency plans are communicated to staff and visitors and update training and induction
- Ensuring that HQ, operations employees, contractors receive SHE induction
- As Chairman of the health and Safety committee conduct SHE committee meetings (Plan, schedule and review)
Customer Relations
- Attending senior management meetings when required on behalf of the company’s health and safety department - Management meetings, Global partner meetings, supplier forum meetings, regional (Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Ensure effective communication with internal / external customers
- Assist with quality, health, safety and environmental tender / submission documentation responses for tender requirements
- Engaging in any unique health and safety related matters with senior customer management (related to any customer requirements)

Ensuring that the operational tasks and activities are performed according to the company BMS, applicable ISO standard/s and customer requirements, as well as the relevant legislation.
