This role is based in our Santa Monica office, just steps from the beach in the vibrant heart of downtown Santa Monica. The location offers a convenient work-life balance, with short commutes via bike, skateboard, or a quick stroll along the oceanfront.
The Opportunity
With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across four US locations and a rich history of developing markets like Energy Storage, Solar, and Sustainability, this role provides you with the chance to shape your own legacy. We’re driving the future of clean energy with a focus on the hottest market of 2025 at the forefront, Constuction! Focused on sustainability, safety, and excellence, we power industries and communities worldwide. This role will leverage high demand across Renewables and Built Environment sectors, partnering with multiple divisions for a truly impactful position.
We’re looking for:
A seasoned Recruitment Manager with proven leadership experience, ideally with a background in building and retaining high performing teams in a high volume market. The role is based in our LA office, but we welcome applicants who are local to Santa Monica or interested in relocating. You’ll be joining a high-performing team, including a 500K+ biller and the fastest-promoted VP who helped lead the “Best Team of the Year” in 2023. You’ll be instrumental in taking this dynamic team of four to the next level with your leadership skills and innovative ideas.
