In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Creation of inquiries, evaluations and offers
- Processing orders, order confirmations and complaints as well as invoice verification
- Order monitoring
- You are the contact person for suppliers
- Optimization of stock levels
- Negotiating prices and conditions
- Analyzing and monitoring global procurement markets and developing procurement market strategies
Who You Are:
You communicate efficiently in different situations: in private, in small and large groups or in different styles and at different levels. You focus on the highest priorities and put aside less significant tasks.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree or completed training, preferably with a technical background
- professional experience in purchasing in an international industrial company
- Experience in project management
- Assertiveness as well as analytical and conceptual skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Operational English required
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Structured way of working, strong negotiating skills and high-reaching thinking and acting
