Salary Range: $106,000 - $132,500

Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to optimize the convergence of Informaton Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) technology to execute projects that securely improve processes and operational efficiency of the windfarm, including onshore and offshore assets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s IT/OT systems, processes, and objectives.
- Maintain focus on quality following industry best practices and observing the maximum focus on Health, Safety, and the Environment to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Monitor IT/OT system resiliency and performance, identify and plan for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and repair or schedule repair for IT/OT hardware and software.
- Implement offshore standards, procedures, tools, best practices, and quality requirements.
- Work with engineering to execute O&M solutions to ensure that cost effective O&M solutions are identified, fully evaluated and the risk profile is fully understood by the O&M teams.
- Ensure that all assessment, advice, and recommendations are fully documented in accordance with all internal procedures and industry best practice.
- Ensure appropriate lessons learned regarding offshore wind farm operation and Maintenance are captured and reported.
- Assist in the protection of asset values and production revenues within the Offshore Wind Business
- Assess and assist in managing and implementing OT and IT solutions for a broad range of technical scopes and issues.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in telecom, computer science, information systems or an engineering discipline or five or more years of IT/OT systems experience.
- Computer literacy, competent with the skills required for the roles such as experiences with IT/OT, telecom circuits and systems including SCADA applications.
- Expert knowledge of a relevant area of technical specialty; IT/OT/SCADA.
- Problem solving – dealing with conflicting requirements and overcoming obstacles.
- Experience and understanding of technical due diligence.
- Management of suppliers and contractors to ensure scope of works/contract delivery.
- Management of consultants/technical advisors to deliver key advice and compliance.
- Good organizational and operational skills with the ability to link this awareness to technical judgement and decision making.
- Good planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implements mitigating solutions to negate the effect of such problems.
- Ability to support the management of scopes of work which require interface and coordination.
- Advice on the impact of technical/ specialist risks and issues and the viability of solutions recommended.
- Coordinate project members and key expertise from various departments to deliver project objectives and minimize costs/ risks.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers to aid their procurement and management of key contracts and terms/ specification to secure best value and minimize costs/ risks.
- Interaction with certification and regulatory bodies on technical matters.
- Coordinate with Corporate and Business functions to ensure compatibility of the asset integrity management systems with the wider business processes.
- Developed report writing, presentation skills and ability to summarize a parameters and drivers impacting the scope of works.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work, manage decision-making processes under pressure and to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of offshore sector
- Knowledge and experience with wireless technologies like microwaves, TETRA, Wi-Fi, LTE/4G/5G in the renewables applications
- Experience with high availability telecommunication systems
- Knowledge of H&S and environmental legislation associated with marine/offshore operations projects.
- Knowledge and experience of IT/OT contracts
- Ability to complete GWO basic safety and sea survival training.
- Ability to complete HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
- Ability to access Offshore substation and wind turbine assets.
- Flexible to travel to Onshore and Offshore locations, including Boston, MA - High Street office
