Our client’s Optimization, Operations & Maintenance (OOM) team is seeking an O&M Controls Specialist with a strong passion for technical understanding and control optimization of renewable energy systems. In this role, you will use your expertise in operations, maintenance, and control systems to monitor and enhance the performance of their renewable energy assets. You will be responsible for optimizing BESS control systems to maximize availability and revenues, analyzing operational data, managing SCADA integrations, and improving plant efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Trading team to forecast generation capacity and provide performance reports to support key business decisions.
