Our trainee programme is a unique entry point into the world of renewables. During your time as a trainee, you will work on some of the toughest challenges within the energy sector, collaborate with some of the smartest minds in the industry, be offered world-class development and learning opportunities and be part of an exclusive network of ambitious young talents from across the world. You will also get the opportunity to apply for a seat on our CEO-led Future Board initiative – an advisory board made up of trainees and young professionals at Statkraft. As a Trainee in our Project Development Wind, Solar & Battery Storage team you will:
- Support and lead Wind, Solar and BESS projects in development phase in Germany.
- Communicate with relevant local stakeholders (politicians, permitting authorities, energy suppliers, landowners, and municipalities) and represent the project externally as well as internally.
- Identify and manage project risks. Have responsibility for profitability of projects based on cost and revenue planning.
- Learn and get hands-on experience on how to manage Wind, Solar and BESS projects from scratch up to permitting / building stage.
