KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the build-out, delivery, and successful operationalization of the Energy Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) system, ensuring it is fully up and running on the entire product lifecycle (from MVP to continuous improvement)
- Own project deliverables, determine work estimates quality, guard project scope, and manage change requests, deliverables, timeline, and costs
- Liaise with business stakeholders (including Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Finance), as well as software vendors, outside consultants, and STX technology teams for planning, tracking, and delivering the project
- Host key meetings (including steering committees) and prepare project management decks
- Coordinate integration projects related to ETRM, ensuring seamless interaction and functionality within the overall ecosystem
- Work within Development to automate data reporting between the ETRM and other software components trough APIs
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Over 7+ years of experience as a program/project manager delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and collaborating with business units, support functions, and IT teams to create actionable plans.
- Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle, from MVP development to continuous improvement, with strong Agile/Scrum experience and integration project knowledge.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Effective team player with a strong capacity to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all seniority levels.
- Experience in commodities products, trading processes, and/or financial markets; CTRMS/ETRM systems (e.g., Openlink/Endur) highly desirable.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, fluent in English
