Instead, we are consultative, explaining technical concepts in layman’s terms to our customers and building long-term relationships to ensure they get the right renewable energy system for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Renewable Energy Salesperson, you will embody our mission to innovate and lead in the renewable energy sector. Your tasks will include:
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Consultative Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solar and battery storage solutions that deliver real value.
- Customer Education: Explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way to help customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Growth: Focus on driving B2C sales and contributing to Ceiba’s growth while maintaining our customer-centric approach.
- CRM Utilisation: Use our CRM (Hubspot) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and enhance sales efficiency.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about renewable energy trends and products to provide the best advice to customers.
