About the job and your team
The Learning & Development Assistant in the Global Learning Center - GLC operations (Within the GBS HR) is a professional directed to provide the organization suited learning & administrative support in line with local regulations and based on business needs. The function holder is knowledgeable on local, business and legal requirements for best learning support.
You will work on
Onboarding managing
• Own and update local onboarding information packages.
• Own, run, evaluate and further develop HR onboarding program to customer need.
• Ensure that new employees are enrolled and assigned onboarding training.
• Provide onboarding support by request in term of training advisory.
• Own, run and facilitate learning activities in group-onboarding (face to face or online)
Learning & Development programs (Apprentice, Trainee, Inters)
• Support the full run of the program; providing strong administrative support to sustain these operations.
• Manage applications for new academic leaders, subjects, and Hydro independent training companies.
• Line of contact towards the public authorities and local training office
• Administrate communications with all intern/apprentice/student programs.
Supporting local projects & learning administration
• Assist with administration of global/local physical programs/classroom courses upon request.
• Contribute to training organization for external tailor-made e-learnings.
• Assess and select content from available external learning sources and set up learning pathways upon request.
• If applicable support and join the knowledge sharing in local forums (e.g. leader forums/student programs)
• Collaborate on improvement initiatives locally.
• Organize external training delivery in local language or requested language.
• Organize Local Programs for all BA’s.
• Maintain SAP administration, related to trainings (requesting new vendors, invoices, PR, PO, GR)
• Keep track and update the local needs database in the assigned tool to sustain historic data of requests, trainers, vendors, costs etc.
• If applicable setup surveys and test quizzes for effectiveness and measurement into system for training evaluation
• Create and administrate learning contracts, such as post graduations or language courses according to internal policy (loyalty contracts)
Development & Performance of internal services/suppliers
• Administration of feedback evaluation and improvement data from program/courses/trainings
• Support with administrative set up to development or performance improvements of Local needs, such as creation of surveys/ template of emails/ check target group emails/ manage question, etc.
Miscellaneous
• Develop and continuously maintain information articles and forms on the ticketing tool.
• Compliance with area-specific customer requirements
• Contribute on continuous improvement work.

Your qualifications and skills
• 1-3 years of HR experience in Learning and Development or administrative fields
• Bachelor’s degree in related human resources field (E.g. psychology, business, human resources management or equivalent).
• Mandatory Fluency in English and local language of respective Hub.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and others IT systems such as SharePoint online tools.
• Any system knowledge of a Training tool is a plus

• Creativity
