Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job role will be Sales support to Business Development as a part of the business expansion journey of the company.
Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities):
· Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
· Taking payment follow-ups from clients on billed amounts.
· Provide sales technical support.
· Supporting the sales and business development team from the back end.
· Prepare custom commercial proposals and presentations on the basis of the client’s requirements.
· Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and support work groups.
· Maintain excellent client relationships with existing and potential clients. Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions.
· Drafting remainder emails or government penalty prevention reminder emails to clients.
· Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
· Should be target-oriented and have great communication skills.
· Prepare sales quotations.
