Waste Remedy Agent (Bay Area, CA) for Pierce Maintenance & Recycling, LLC dba GreenSpace Recycling
Looking for an employee to work Sunday - Friday from as early as 3:30 am to approximately noon.
Duties involve driving a daily route in a company-supplied box truck and performing janitorial duties including sorting trash and recycling, cleaning, and heavy lifting (furniture items) to support the team as a ride-along.
Availability and Requirements:
- 3:30 am start time
- Shifts Sun-Fri (Wednesdays and Saturdays OFF)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift body weight preferred
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screenings including driving risk analysis by the Company's insurer, Motor Vehicle Report to confirm safe driving records, drug screening, background check, and results therein.
Compensation: $24.87-$26.87 per hour
Additional Earnings: Recycling Remuneration amount varies weekly based on scrap metal rate and tonnage collected.
Benefits Offered: Permanent PT and FT Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan after 60 days. Permanent FT Employees are offered medical insurance after 90 days. All Employees accrue PTO at a rate that meets or exceeds state guidelines.
