Description

The Central Service Agent will assist the Central Service team in the performance of their job duties, such as answering emails and running remote diagnostics.

Job duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to;

Address customer concerns
Run diagnostics to identify/rectify anomalies
Team Collaboration
Continuous learning
Communications with customers and our Partners
Other tasks as assigned
