We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and empower our regional marketing teams across International Markets (APAC, LATAM, and MEA), driving impactful results and business growth.
As Director of Marketing for International Markets, you will oversee and mentor regional marketing managers, guiding them in the development and execution of marketing strategies. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing SolarEdge’s market positioning and driving growth across these regions. You will collaborate closely with regional General Manager’s staff, HQ Marketing team, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide regional marketing managers across APAC, LATAM, and MEA, focusing on their professional growth, skill development, and performance improvement
- Collaborate with regional General Managers and Country Managers to align marketing objectives with business goals
- Identify and lead strategic initiatives to expand SolarEdge's market share and drive customer acquisition and retention across regions
- Oversee the creation and execution of regional campaigns to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement, ensuring consistency in brand guidelines and messaging while tailoring strategies to local market needs
- Manage the IM marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Create and strategic presentations for senior leadership meetings and business reviews, providing key insights about business and marketing strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by driving process improvements, standardizing best practices, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, and providing regional MM with the tools and support needed to implement strategies effectively
- Develop marketing programs that respond to market dynamics, adjusting strategies to optimize growth
- Use analytics to track performance and optimize initiatives based on data insights
- Partner with HQ marketing to ensure alignment and enablement
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in B2B technology.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and regional marketing efforts.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand building.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Willingness/ability to travel at least twice per quarter
