Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing them to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.
We are looking for a highly motivated Solutions Consultant (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our Sales and Impact Team in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup.
YOUR TASKS
Strategic account consultation (pre- and post-sales): Lead strategic account consultations as an expert advisor on the voluntary carbon market, guiding client conversations with key enterprise prospects and customers, while collaborating with our Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and the Impact Team.
- Pitch solution proposals to senior leaders and C-level executives as part of both pre- and post-sales activities, and official RFP processes.
- Establish expert content for client-facing decks, actively shaping the quality and positioning of CEEZER’s offering.
- Provide expert advice on avoidance, NbS, CDR projects, evaluation approach & portfolio design.
- Deliver strategic client workshops to drive account expansion and to win net new business deals, thereby significantly impacting revenue generation in collaboration with the sales team.
- Engage in account strategy and deal review sessions, as well as internal commercial meetings to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure the latest product innovation is positioned effectively and in order to to provide expertise in client interactions. This function will also share client feedback to assist product development needs.
- Liaise with the Impact team to ensure expert knowledge and to have an accurate understanding of the available supply.
- Work closely with Sales leaders to align on team development needs and required materials for both pre- and post-sales activities.
Thought leadership: Act as a thought leader and represent CEEZER as a speaker at leading industry & local events, collaborating closely with Marketing. Be available for PR activity, such as interviews and podcasts. Leverage expert knowledge to create and facilitate webinars hosted or sponsored by CEEZER.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Fluent English speaker
- Previous experience in the voluntary carbon market, specifically with exposure to nature-based solutions and CDR projects
- Previous experience translating and communicating complex, technical VCM industry knowledge to different target audiences
- Previous experience leading consultations and engagement with senior-level stakeholders across a range of industries
- Are curious and create strong partnerships with internal and external partners, including executive level.
- You are able to travel up to 30% of the time
