Job Description:
Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop detailed designs for rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale solar PV systems using tools like
AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
Conduct technical assessments, energy yield analysis, load evaluations, and shading studies.
Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements such as IEC, NEC, and MNRE
guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, component selection, and risk assessment.
Evaluate and select suitable solar modules, inverters, and mounting structures for each project.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Prepare technical reports, detailed drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and documentation for approvals and
stakeholders.
Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to integrate into design processes.
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs while adhering to quality standards.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders for necessary permits and certifications.
