JOB SUMMARY: This position is located within Learning and Development in the National Park Service. This is not a remote work position. MAJOR DUTIES: The major duties of the Training Specialist include but are not limited to: Designs, implements and instructs training courses for adult learners. Evaluate course effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and formal course reviews. Complies reports and summary on annual outputs, trends, and consumed program resources. Serves as a consultant to internal and external colleagues on the development of learning products. Manages that appropriate use and status of budgets provided to meet program goals.
