MAJOR DUTIES: The major duties of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to: Supervises employees of varying job series and grade level. Financial management including planning and monitoring of a large budget for cost-effectiveness and appropriate use. Strategic planning and evaluating of a large, complex, service-wide program. Manages sensitive and controversial issues with stakeholders in a professional and appropriate manner. Oversees curriculum-based training programs for adult learners.
