JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, commissioned by the National Park Service with responsibility for performing duties including detection and investigation of violations of the Federal criminal laws, apprehension and detention of violators, the protection of life and property, and enforcement of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations protecting and ensuring the safe use of National Park resources, 75% of duties at EDIS and 25% at MORR..
