As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate across levels, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth.
What will you do?
- Foster and maintain robust relationships across all levels of the organization, establishing a seamless collaboration between supply chain and business units.
- Partner closely with Offer Management to influence demand shaping, align supply chain with product enhancements, and define optimal lead-times.
- Direct the Demand Review process, aligning supply chain capabilities with growth projections for short-term and long-term planning.
- Analyze and animate the Master Production Plan, identifying resource needs and proposing strategies to ensure optimal execution.
- Drive capacity and capability changes based on Demand Review outcomes, collaborating with the Supply Chain Planning team for seamless coordination.
- Take charge of logistics transportation department costs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance in service levels, lead times, and lot sizes.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, managing upstream and downstream flows effectively.
- Drive people management practices, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 plus years) in a Supply Chain leadership role, demonstrating successful collaboration, strategic planning, and cross-functional management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain tools, systems, and methodologies.
- SAP experience required (S4 HANA preferred)
- Experience in applying lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate through ambiguity.
