The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Teams (Vice Presidents) in the Product and Engineering organizations. This role will provide direct administrative support, including complex schedule management, meeting logistics support, travel and expense management. There will be coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while taking part in the business development and growth of Fluence.

Key Responsibilites:- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain organized filing systems for documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence? - Associates or bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members adequately informed.
- Ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow up.
- Robust computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Salesforce, PowerBI.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- Excellent organization, planning, time management and problem-solving.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability with strong relationship building skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, prioritize work to deliver outcomes, and exercise good judgment.
