NCE, CPX, Portfolio and Planning, Project Purchasing. Our team comprises 11 individuals from various nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking to fill a one-year position due to maternity leave. This role involves supporting both Offshore and Onshore projects by managing the procurement of materials internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to processes by following established procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in all tasks.
- Deliver on time by meeting deadlines and ensure that all deliverables are completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, and work effectively with all relevant parties, including team members, clients, and other departments, to ensure smooth communication.
- Develop and implement improvements for better workflows.
- Focus on the entire end-to-end process and consider the complete workflow from start to finish, ensuring that each step is optimised for the best overall outcome.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Have at least 5 years of purchasing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP.
- Capable of promoting initiatives.
- Possess high stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
