JOB SUMMARY: This position is in Region 4, Environmental Justice Community Health and Environmental Review Division, Environmental Justice Programmatic Coordination and Grants Section. About Region 4 This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. EPA offers work-from-home and work schedule flexibilities as described in the Benefits section. MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Plan, develop, and implement Environmental Justice Program activities. Review financial agreements, including grants, cooperative agreements, task orders and/or work assignments. Develop and implement program outreach initiative, activities, and communication strategies to program partners, state, local and tribal governments. Respond to public and regional inquiries by providing technical support and collaborating with regional cross program teams, as well as external agencies. You will spend 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
