MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Serve as a consultant and expert adviser on Human Capital strategies and initiatives. Serve as the senior analyst and lead for implementing OAR’s recruitment and outreach strategies. Plan and develop goals, prioritization of objectives, and establishing internal operating policies and procedures for assigned human capital initiatives and administrative management programs. Serve as the primary liaison between management officials and the Recruitment and Classification Division (RCD).
