As the Head of Product, you will develop and drive the product roadmap for Nasdaq Metrio by translating clients' needs, defining product requirements, and work with internal and external partners to build industry leading products – while keeping a pulse on sustainability technology trends. You will be a product leader and a team champion; you will wear many hats, all with the goal of seamlessly integrating various needs into a clearly defined product strategy, and strategically drive the development and launch of industry-leading solutions.

- Partners with the go-to-market and customer success organisation on customer engagements.
What you will be responsible for
- Set the roadmap: Based on the product’s long-term vision, set the overall product roadmap and strategy and metrics that impact the P&(L) to execute against the product vision.
- Understand clients and the market: Translate the voice of the client to align priorities with surrounding functions (e.g., sales, customer success/experience, product marketing, legal, finance). Discover what users need by conducting user research and unveiling critical insights.
- Develop a viable product: Develop the business case for the product and own the P&(L). Execute against the product roadmap with technology and operations to develop offerings that bring value to the client and value to Nasdaq.
- Prioritize direction: Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to refine roadmap product priorities and decide what features to build next. Translate the Product Roadmap and strategy to the product delivery teams to enable cross-functional team alignment.
- Lead by example: Champion the team, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around overall strategy and direction of the product. Attend team demos and team ceremonies (as invited) and model strong leadership behaviors and be a reliable and valuable partner to the technology and client facing teams.
- Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred but not a pre-requisite.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development or technology. Experience with agile ways of working and SaaS products in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of the ESG / Sustainability industry
- Experience working with software collaboration tools is a plus.
