Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as Environmental Monitoring Expert (German Speaking) and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organisation. Your job? You will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.
Main responsibilities:
- Address and discuss trends, deviations, and CAPAs during the data collection period
- Conduct initial interpretation and preliminary assessment of results from different data categories
- Include relevant data and graphical elements in reports for enhanced clarity
- Liaise with site-specific SMEs to gain insights and incorporate their expertise
- Document deviations and discuss their potential impact
- Summarize findings, suggesting implications and conclusions
- Write report content using CMS guidelines
About you
- Experience: >5 years professional experience in report issuance and Environmental Monitoring or Contamination Control activities
- Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environment
- Technical skills: Strong skills in data analysis, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Other skills: Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment
- Education: Master Degree in a scientific background or MBA
- Languages: Excellent English and German communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian, Turkish
