What you will do
The HVAC & Sustainability Sales Director will have full commercial responsibility for the HVAC Line of Business across GCC including IREF, CaaS, ESCO reporting directly to the MEA BTS VP & GM and would be integral part of MEA BTS leadership team. Your focus is achieving the strategic & financial objectives set out in our GCC strategic plan, with an emphasis on achieving profitable growth and margin expansion by deploying the right go-to-market approach and building organizational capability with our sales teams across the region
How you will do it
As the HVAC & Sustainability Sales Director for GCC you will build organizational commercial capabilities, empowering and enabling the individual teams to drive performance and accountability. With your extensive knowledge of a contracting, end users, focused business in the region you will leverage our peer and partner networks to improve our market penetration, supporting the teams to bring on new accounts and increasing opportunities within existing accounts. As part of the growth region, you would lead the team to grow the CaaS and ESCO businesses and help penetrate in new markets. You will provide critical leadership helping to define the strategy whilst having ownership for driving profitable volume growth, working closely with GP teams, product leaders and other channels across the organization to identify new product introduction and close local market gaps and jointly manage the commercial integration of our legacy businesses.
You are an entrepreneurial leader, commercially astute and technically proficient in the HVAC industry. You are naturally self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your region’s growth, approaching issues from a broad multi-functional perspective to develop strategies that achieve long-term goals.
What we look for
Required:
- Demonstrable track record of delivering business growth within an install & service business
- Recent experience of working at a leadership level in GCC region
- 20+years minimum experience leading a team of senior managers or 2nd tier leadership experience
- Experience of overseeing multiple functions, especially sales & operations
- Commercially astute with knowledge of contractual agreement within a sales environment focusing on contractors & end users
- Knowledge of commercializing a product- ability to design go to market strategies with brand positioning etc
- Technically proficient in the Building automation and HVAC industry
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across business areas to gain trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across all levels and environments
