MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Operations Department, we are seeking an intern to join our logistic team in Munich. This is a international, divers and dynamic team, with a key role in our operations in EMEA.
- Freight invoice checking and approval in internal tools
- Shipping documents archiving and data checks in SAP
- Support in the inbound process with 3PL companies and ocean freight carriers
- Support in different areas of logistics reporting: 3PL daily reports, outbound visibility, carrier performance/KPI, cost tracking
- Support in the analysis and further optimization of existing logistics processes

Your backpack is filled with
- Studies in Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management (or comparable)
- Previous working experience gained through other student jobs or internships in multinational companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
- Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
