We are looking for highly driven Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter, to join our dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals dedicated to improving the employee experience at Hydro. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting the game-changers who will fuel Hydro’s continued success! This position reports to the Senior Team Lead of Talent Acquisition.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of sourcing experience in both corporate and/or manufacturing environments, utilizing industry-standard tools.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and foster partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of key talent pools and advanced sourcing techniques, with a focus on ensuring candidate diversity. Strong understanding of market trends, competitor insights, and emerging talent flows.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems required.
- SAP Success Factors experience a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Ensure stakeholders (HRBPs/Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner.
- Actively source for candidates through all channels available.
- Build talent pipelines for roles within scope.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for open roles within scope.
- Contribute to continuous development of the team’s processes, templates and tools
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to assess talent needs, develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, and manage candidate pipelines—driving efforts to build diverse and high-performing teams.
- Analyze talent market data and trends to provide strategic insights, proactively consulting on the creation and execution of hiring plans that address both immediate and long-term business goals.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders by conducting thorough intake meetings, providing talent and market data, performing in-depth candidate assessments, and offering comprehensive skills summaries that evaluate both technical and functional qualifications.
