Account Management/ Inside Sales:
The Digital Energy organization is currently seeking an enthusiastic, pioneering, Digital Sales Manager (DSM) to join our Channel Development team. We are looking for proven leaders with relevant experience in channel development, inside sales or similar roles.
Satisfying customer needs is our top priority. Our DSM's work as part of the channel inside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and grow sales. The DSM plays the crucial role of ensuring the success of key customers and growth objectives by leading a customer care team to minimize customer effort and maximize purchases of Schneider Electric products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the needs of Registered, Master, and Certified partners within an assigned territory.
- Ensure a sales minded culture to deliver results and please customers
- Develop and nurture customer relationships by providing professional, quality project proposals combined with timely communication
- Develop and deliver technical information related to specific product lines
- Sales promotion and presentation results attainment
- Help coordinate between all Channel Development stakeholders and teams when needed.
- Maintain up to date database to track opportunities, customer needs and closed sales
- Take a lead role in delivering on team metrics
