For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Analyze straightforward RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and prepare cost estimates following established processes and tools.
- Create offer documentation based on validated data from the commercial support sales and opportunity team.
- Conduct basic risk analyses as part of the quoting process.

- Educational Background: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field in prefabricated and data centers is often preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with prefabricated construction processes, materials, and technologies is crucial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quotation software, estimating tools, and understanding of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and pricing structures effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in preparing accurate quotes and understanding complex project specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges that may arise during the quoting process.
