Role Description
Reporting to the General Manager of Light Duty, functioning as a core member of our Light Duty organization to support existing customers in their growth with Terawatt and engagements with potential customers
Key focus on commercial engagement, translation of business needs to our solution set, and becoming a strong voice of the customer throughout Terawatt to impact our product development and project execution
Heavy focus on internal cross-functional work to ensure a smooth and repeatable process
Contributes to customer interactions to assess potential application of Terawatt solutions to meet customer needs and work with our product team to develop and implement customer solutions
Own the rev-ops function of our team to ensure we are capturing and reflecting key customer data

Core Responsibilities- Support the General Manager of our Light Duty organization in customer engagements and with solutions design and analysis
- Responsible for our Light Duty program internal coordination
- Work cross-functionally with Real Estate / Development / Construction / Operations / Technology to present the customer lens to our Real Estate priorities, acquisition and development pipeline, and project touchpoints throughout buildout
- Coordinate with Operations team to ensure a healthy customer experience for onboarding and throughout the term of our live sites
- Assist in go-to-market strategic analysis
- Reporting on our Light Duty program (live sites, upcoming engagements, etc) for team analysis
- Support contracting efforts across product offerings with the General Manager and Legal
- Deliver structured reporting of our team operations
Preferred Qualifications- 6-8 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s a plus, or equivalent experience

$160,000 - $180,000 a year
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across San Francisco, Bay Area. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, interview performance, and geographic location.
