JOB SUMMARY: What General Information Do I Need To Know About This Position? GS-13 Salary: $117,962 (Step 1) to $153,354 (Step 10); MAJOR DUTIES: As a Senior Charge Card Program Coordinator within the Office of Acquisition & Grants, some of your specific duties will include: Communicate with customers to build collaborative partnerships and furnish guidance and technical assistance to cardholders and their administrative personnel to accomplish USGS projects and programs. Formulate policy and procedures to implement Bureau Charge Card Program to include analyzing the Bureau Charge Card Program to determine efficiency and effectiveness, best practices, and areas for systematic improvement or individual bureau weaknesses. Serve as the Bureau's liaison with the charge card issuer to include overseeing the bank's compliance with contract. Develop and present training and briefing sessions on program related topics, use of the card, and servicing bank's electronic system.
