Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, source diverse talent, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience. This role involves coordinating interviews, providing guidance on hiring processes. Ideal for a proactive professional with recruiting experience in or passion for the energy sector.

Project Scope and Duties- Work closely with hiring managers to draft and post job descriptions.
- Source candidates from a diverse pool of talent and communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients (hiring managers) and external clients (candidates/headhunters/schools, etc).
- Coordinate details for each phase of the recruiting process (scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, etc.)
- Provide advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates.
- Other duties as needed.

Details & Rate- This position is a full-time (40 hrs a week), temporary, independent contractor role

- Hourly rate of USD$43 to $45 (Depending on experience)
