The Service Performance department is anchored within Global Service Operations who then reports to the Executive Vice President for Service. The department is globally responsible for enabling more than 10,000 employees in the Service organization to make better decisions based on data by creating transparency and actionable insights for key decisions on the most common use cases across the value chain in Service. The actionable insights are primarily delivered through business intelligence visualization tools & the output from advanced analytics models.
The department is a Center of Excellence in Service with strategic responsibility to provide performance management at all levels of the service business. From Exec VP level to field operations. We're in search of a Regional Performance partner to guide our operational reviews and performance management, utilizing industry benchmark frameworks and advanced visualization tools, while also playing a crucial role in shaping our long-term Service strategy. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Service Performance.
Responsibilities
- Run the Regional state of affairs meeting allowing E2E follow up with operations on plans for improvements
- Engage with regional Service management to support with transparency on operational performance and where to prioritize efforts for improvements
- Cost out bridges including aligning populations creation of bridges and follow ups actual versus bridge
- Cost per MW analytical support
- Encourage consistent sharing of best practices throughout the regional and global Performance teams
- Identify improvement areas
- Ambassador and partner of CIM and LD tools become regional experts of the tool
- Partnering with regional directors offshore on some key tools and measures
- Provide recommendations of how to simplify dashboard landscape
- Knowledge champion in key area of focus (Ie Finance/Supply/CIM/GOM etc..)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance or something similar with minimum 5-7 years of wide business exposure
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Extensive background in data analytics
- Experience within an industrial sector, service business, energy sector is advantageous
- Experience with data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire

- Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
- Ability to work with both highly technical and business - oriented leaders and translate technical analysis and concepts into the right business insights
- Acute business understanding and knowledge of organizational issues and situations
- Expert facilitator and magnificent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, systematic, with a natural attention to detail
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is advantageous
- Flexible regarding work hours (international stakeholders)
