JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Lake Mead National Recreation Area, in the Commercial Services Division. MAJOR DUTIES: Some of the duties you will perform include, but are not limited to the following: Perform analytical and operational work in support of the Commercial Services Program. Provide technical management to Park, Region, and Washington commercials services staff and contractors in the areas of concessions and contract management and in prospectus development opportunities. Conduct or manage the review of facilities and services to assure the public is receiving the highest level of visitor services. To include the inspection of facilities in accordance with National Park Service (NPS) evaluation program, to document performance according to contract requirements and standards. Provide concise oral and written communications between Park Management, Concession Operators, Permittees, and lessee for visitor services. Develop and prepare prospectus of contracts and leases based on programs to manage which includes Project Management Information System (PMIS), Facilities Maintenance Software System (FMSS), Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), budget, payroll, travel, and records management systems.
