About the Job
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Sustainability Communications Officer to join our Corporate Sustainability team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a keen interest in sustainability and communications. You will support the development and execution of our sustainability communication strategy, helping to amplify our commitment to decarbonization, environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
In the unique context of our company business transformation orientated on energy transition, with clear ambitions to commit to our sustainability journey, you will be working in the Corporate Sustainability department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute communication plans that effectively engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist in creating engaging content to be distributed across various platforms (e.g., intranet, social media, website, newsletters) to promote our sustainability strategy initiatives and performance.
- Support the development of sustainability reports, presentations, articles, posts and other communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for communication campaigns.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Help organize and participate in sustainability events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices within organizations
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sustainability, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainability issues and trends, international standards and good practices related to all aspects of sustainability including reporting and rating
- Experience working with leadership, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in sustainability, but this position can also be for a young graduate
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of the energy transition sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, digital tools such as PowerBI, ChatGPT, and social media platforms.
