You will be part of
Pernod Ricard’s Sustainable Business team is responsible for designing and coordinating the implementation of the Group’s Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) strategy to ensure it is fully embedded in all parts of the business. The European CSRD framework provides a strong opportunity for the Group to strengthen its strategy, action plans and reporting standards to further its ambition and provide greater transparency throughout its value chain.
As Sustainability Change Manager you will lead change efforts linked to embedding of our S&R strategy throughout the Group and in particular the alignment with the CSRD framework. You will work closely with the Sustainable Business team and other key functions to support the design and delivery of new strategies, guidelines and processes, as well as engagement and training needs to foster the right culture and skills.
Your key missions
Develop & coordinate CSRDchange management strategy & delivery
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the integration of S&R in the business at global and local levels, and notably the changes linked to CSRD.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sustainable Business experts, Sustainable Finance, Tech, Human Resources, Operations, etc. to build awareness, alignment and commitment.
Establish mechanisms to track and measure engagement of employees and other key stakeholders on our S&R strategy
Develop engagement initiatives and training
Develop communication plans and materials to effectively communicate the change story, the benefits of CSRD integration, and the roles of different stakeholders in driving progress.
Deliver bespoke training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to support S&R and in particular the changes linked to embedding CSRD requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting post-implementation reviews, and incorporating lessons learned into future change initiatives.
External collaboration & inspiration
Build relationships with external partners, industry organizations, and stakeholders to stay informed about best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for collaboration, including those linked to CSRD.
Support the Head of Sustainability & Responsibility Engagement to help organize and coordinate stakeholder consultation and ongoing engagement
Collect best practices, and success stories related to S&R and in particular toCSRD integration, and attending during forums or working groups.
If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!
You hold aBachelor's or Master's degree in business, political scienceor engineering, or in human resource management.
You have a strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, preferably CSRD or GRI, SAS, TCFD.
You have a minimum of 5 years in change management, organizational development preferably linked to ESG, or in corporate social responsibility.
You are fluent in both French and English.
Other mandatory technical skills: Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives, including internal local engagement, communication planning, and performance monitoring. Ability to facilitate collaboration across functions and levels of the organization.
