Act as a Consultant in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Due Diligence, ESG management consulting projects, which includes but not limited to:, which includes but not limited to:
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment
Environmental and Social Due Diligence in line with IFC standards
Environmental and Social/ESG Management System improvement
EH&S regulatory and compliance service
Responsible for managing small to medium size projects, from proposal development to delivery
Assist on project objectives from sources and methods provided by the company or developed individually
Communicating with clients and getting acquired information
REQUIREMENTS:
Master degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, sociology, resettlement, or related discipline
1 -3 years relevant working experience in multi-national companies is preferable. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcomed to apply
Familiar with Chinese environmental regulatory requirements and international Environmental & Social risk management standards such as IFC Performance Standards
Excellent report writing skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a fundamental requirement
Familiarity with software including MS Office, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
Second language skill (such as French) is preferred
