Introduction

We are looking for a knowledgeable SAP HCM EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the basic configuration of the SAP HCM EHS module, ensuring that it aligns with business processes and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in HCM integration will be beneficial for optimizing our human capital management practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform basic configuration of the SAP HCM EHS module to support effective management of health, safety, and environmental processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for EHS functionality.

Support the integration of SAP HCM EHS with other SAP modules to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.

Conduct testing and validation of EHS configurations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective use of the SAP HCM EHS tools and functionalities.

Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to health, safety, and environmental management.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the EHS module and its integration with HCM processes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Proven experience with SAP HCM EHS basic configuration.

Familiarity with HCM integration processes and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
