• Managing all Safety, Health and Environmental requirements of the Employer both at Head Office and/or on site in line with the client requirements. • Compile SHE files for Head Office as well as all active installation sites in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety Standards and requirements • Preparation of Head Office and site emergency evacuation plans • Ensure all Site workplace inspections and checks are carried out regularly and all registers are updated as needed • Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential as well as actual Safety and Environmental risks hazard and dangers • Compile SHE risk assessments and safe working procedures for head office and all active installation sites • Conduct regular SHE inspections and report deviations and recommendations accordingly • Investigate the root-cause of all SHE incidents and accidents • Doing all appointments, medical arrangements, inductions and on-boarding of individuals to site. • Handling all SHE audits as required. • Ensuring all training of employees on the Employers projects is up to date or organized accordingly. • Adhere to all SHE requirements and quality standards. • Monitor the use of machinery and equipment. • Prepare reports as needed required by legislation and requirements. • Attend SHE Committee Meetings
