Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Deliver: Oversee end-to-end solar PV projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines align perfectly.
Hands-On Engineering: Conduct site assessments, design solar PV systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to bring sustainable solutions to life.
Drive Innovation: Optimize system designs for maximum efficiency, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on regulations and industry standards to ensure every project is up to code.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering and PMP Certificate.
Technical Background: Proven experience in solar PV engineering with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Project Management Skills: You have a track record in managing projects, with excellent planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Problem Solver: You’re proactive, adaptable, and quick to resolve technical challenges.
