The Planning and Control Manager will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the planning and control of the construction projects of solar photovoltaic plants in Zelestra, in the regions of Southern Europe and LATAM.Your mission is to ensure the successful execution of the projects in terms of deadlines, budget and compliance with quality standards, contributing to the optimal development of the projects and the sustainable growth of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Project Planning:

Develop and coordinate the detailed schedule for each project, ensuring that milestones, deadlines and activities are aligned with objectives and available resources.

Identify and assess risks and opportunities for each project phase, implementing contingency plans to minimise impacts on timelines and costs.
2. Cash flow control of each project:

Perform exhaustive monitoring of the project budget, ensuring the correct allocation of resources and optimisation of costs.

Analyse budget deviations and implement the necessary corrective measures in collaboration with the departments involved.
Responsibilities
3. Progress Control and Reporting:

Produce periodic reports and briefings on the progress and status of each project, potential problems and proposed solutions to maintain transparency and agile decision making.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress of each project in real time and generate periodic reports for senior management.
4) Continuous improvement:

Continually review and improve planning and control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Apply best practices and lessons learned to future projects.

Train and guide the team in planning and control tools and methodologies
Job Requirements
TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- High level of oral and written English, C1.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Approximately 5 years of demonstrable experience in the photovoltaic sector, occupying a position of these or similar characteristics.
- Experience with people management.
