Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of wind turbines.
- You inspect and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components, including control and regulation technology.
- You document the work you have completed.
- You implement technical improvements.
- You carefully follow our standards for quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on work experience as a service technician, with a focus on on-site maintenance and repairs.
- Vocational training in the electrical field, diploma, or an equivalent certification from a technical school or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- For visa requirements, the vocational training or degree must have had a duration of at least 2 years and must be officially recognized in the country where you completed it.
- For the application, you don’t need any German language skills. Once you secure a work contract with us, you will need to take a language course in your home country to achieve an A2 certificate. \
- You need to apply for the recognition of your professional qualification at the IHK FOSA, but only after we have given you a work contract. We will support you throughout the entire application process. Individuals with a bachelor’s degree listed in the anabin database don’t need to apply at IHK FOSA.
- Valid driver’s license.
