Our 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, has been uniquely designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for your future and accelerated success. As a BMD team member, you will develop skills in problem solving, critical thinking, innovation and team building.

What you’ll do:
As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project teams, to contribute to the implementation of BMD's environmental management systems. You will be responsible for promoting compliance and excellence in all environmental obligations and positively influencing project stakeholders to achieve best for project environmental outcomes.

- Your initial project will be working on wastewater treatment plant located in Richmond, Sydney.
To be successful, you will have:
