Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a proposals professional to join our high performing pre-contracts team based in our Melbourne Office. Reporting to the Proposals Lead, you will support the wider bid team to assist in developing win themes by creating and editing content which communicates BMD’s proven capability. Dedicated to meeting deadlines, you will apply your skills to support the team to:
- Produce high quality, fully compliant and professional expression of interest and tender documentation
- Write and edit high-quality content, reflect BMD’s brand guidelines, and work directly with technical and subject matter experts to source information that will support our responses
- In coordination with the Bid Lead, develop frameworks and schedules for use by the bid team, and communicate and coordinate actions to lodgement timeframes
- Work collaboratively with others at all levels across our diverse workforce
- In coordination with the Bid Lead, act as a central point of contact for all key stakeholders
- Act as a knowledge holder, keeping relevant information up to date
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Strong organisational skills
- Capability to provide support for small and medium teams on EOIs/tenders
- Proven capability in writing high-quality content to address criteria
- Ability to foster and sustain positive relationships with teams
- Developing capability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
You may also have the following additional desirable competency:
- A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, business or similar and/or 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
