Responsibilities:
- Act as contact person to Head of Regional Service Quality function and sub-regional Service organization.
- Support Service in reaching their Quality business targets.
- Support closed loops processes and Secure Quality improvement programs are implemented.
- Support Service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, Upside Sharing, LPF, Service overdue backlog.
- Implement product audit project and monitor Product Quality Audits, HOTO and Q-house mapping.
- Support delivering Quality training to Service and Awareness activities at site.
- Developing, the implementation of strategic quality initiatives in sub-regional service
- Ensure Closed loop Quality approach on NC, LPF, LD, CoPQ.
- Sub-regional Service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues
- Support sharing of best practice in sub-regional Service through knowledge transfer across the value chain
- Secure ISO 9001 compliance and assist on Management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
- Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Standard.
Competencies:
- Expertise and understanding of Service Quality processes.
- Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions.
- Communication cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations.
- Fluent in English.
