For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $108,800.00-$163,200.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The SE Advantage Commercial Lead will be responsible for supporting SMB growth via the SEA quotation tool for US channel led projects. This person will serve as a voice of the customer resource to advocate in collaboration with the internal digital team and line of businesses. This position will focus on distributor training to improve overall quotation performance. This individual will work closely with teams across Channel Sales, NSF Quotations, Channel Project Execution, Area Sales Team, Lines of Business leaders, SE Advantage business analysts, and SE Digital. The role reports to the Channel Operations Leader.
Key activities include:
- Change/Development of SE Advantage selectors with digital teams to aid in channel growth
- Creation and upkeep of SE Advantage training mediums (videos, PowerPoints, SE-A 1 pagers)
- Work closely with Channel Sales Training Team to develop and create content for the DLC
- Coordinate roll out of new training content with Channel Sales Teams and NSF Sales Teams
- Maintain close synergies to new user engagement in SEA
- Regular tracking of new users for performance improvement and quotation creation in SEA
- Responsible for communication to internal & external users as new content becomes available
- Create Jira stories to prioritize new features and enhancements led from VOC
- Continuous improvement of SE-A to add efficiency, intelligence, and simplicity
- Work to create tableau dashboards to track new users performance over time
- Track training content usage and continually update with new content
- Perform virtual training sessions to external channel quotation support on monthly basis
- Work on new user onboarding training content to aid in quotation experience
- SEA training focused on click by click detail to clearly show content for user absorption
Qualifications
- Must be extremely familiar with SEA selectors and how to quote projects
- Strong familiarity with single line diagrams, specifications, and training content
- Must have knowledge of working with distributors for process improvement
- Solid understanding of Construction and Industrial markets
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of voices to improve SMB hit rates
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with all levels of an organization
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization with a change agent mentality
- Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative and highly self-motivated
