MAJOR DUTIES: As a Management and Program Analyst you may: Serve as Technical Project Officer for projects in the Grid Deployment Office portfolio - Oversee funding agreements and ensure projects proceed in a manner consistent with Department and office-approved objectives, costs, and schedules. Review financial and technical recurring reports and monitor progress, spending, and achievement of milestones. Provide technical expertise and assistance to relevant contracting and program staff. Maintain responsibility for anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems that arise in assigned projects. Provide technical and management guidance and advice on appropriate methods or procedures for analysis and evaluation to accomplish office goals and ensure efficient management. Collaborate on documents for funding issuance while providing technical guidance and logistical resources to recipients.
